Job summary

Blue Star is seeking a PMO professional in Thane to lead cross-functional New Product Development projects from concept to launch. The role emphasizes adherence to project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, maintaining detailed plans and schedules while ensuring IMS standards are followed and PLM systems are used for lifecycle documentation.

Qualifications

• PMP or CAPM certification required.
• Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools like MS Project, Primavera, Zoho, Celoxis, or Jira.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Strong knowledge of Project Management Methodologies.

• Experience with PLM systems: Windchill, Teamcenter, Dassault.
• Familiarity with ISO Integrated Management System (IMS) - ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
