Job summary

DPR Infra Projects is seeking a Project Coordinator to work with the Managing Director, acting as the central hub for information across ongoing EPC projects. This role requires engineering insight to extract accurate site data, flag issues early and drive actions to closure.

The candidate will coordinate across Projects, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, QA/QC, HSE and HR; organize reviews and ensure transparent reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical required.
• 5–10 years EPC/Construction experience preferred.
• Excellent Excel and management-reporting skills required.
• Primavera/MS Project/ERP/Power BI exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain structured daily updates from all project sites and maintain project visibility.
• Monitor schedule, cost, manpower, productivity, engineering, procurement, contractors, billing, quality and safety.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly MIS and dashboards for the MD.
• Coordinate across Projects, Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, QA/QC, HSE and HR.
• Organise project review meetings and maintain ActionOwnerDeadlineClosure tracking.
• Verify critical information and identify bottlenecks to coordinate practical solutions.

Role: Project coordinator - MD Office/EPC Projects

We are looking for a young, dynamic and highly capable Project Coordinator to work closely with the Managing Director and act as the central coordination and project-information point across all ongoing EPC projects.

This is not an administrative coordination role. We need an engineer who can understand projects, obtain accurate information from sites, identify problems early, coordinate teams, challenge inconsistencies and drive actions to closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Obtain structured daily updates from all project sites and maintain complete project visibility.
• Monitor schedule, cost, manpower, productivity, engineering, procurement, contractors, billing, quality and safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.E./B.Tech Civil / Mechanical / Electrical
• 5–10 years relevant EPC / Construction experience
• Excellent academic track record preferred
• Strong understanding of project execution, planning, engineering and procurement
• Excellent Excel and management-reporting skills
• Primavera / MS Project / ERP / Power BI exposure preferred
• Strong digital and AI-tool orientation is an advantage.
