Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Power Engineering.
  • MBA/PGDM in Project Management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with project sites and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource deployment.
  • Review project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.
  • Facilitate coordination between Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Contracts, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Track procurement status of critical equipment and materials.
  • Review project reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities using project management tools.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance standards, timelines, quality requirements, and statutory norms.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and status updates for senior leadership.
  • Monitor project claims, change orders, contractual obligations, and commercial issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.
