Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC/industrial projects.
• MBA in Operations Management / Supply Chain preferred with BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical.
• Exposure to multi-package projects and ERP-driven operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end project planning and milestone execution across multiple EPC/industrial projects.
• Track procurement cycles, PR/PO/GRN through ERP and maintain dashboards.
• Deliver daily progress reports, weekly dashboards, and management reports.
• Conduct delay analysis, risk tracking, and variance reporting.
• Support cash flow alignment and milestone-based billing documentation.

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator – Operations & Supply Chain is responsible for coordinating end-to-end project planning, procurement tracking, ERP- driven reporting, and milestone-based execution across multiple EPC/industrial projects. The role ensures alignment between project schedules, procurement cycles, cash-ffow milestones, and vendor performance, while driving data-backed visibility through dashboards and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning Coordination
• Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities across multiple
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure on-time
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), weekly dashboards, and management
• Conduct delay analysis, risk tracking, and variance reporting (planned vs actual).

Procurement & Supply Chain Management

• Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and site teams for timely material
• Track Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), deliveries, and GRNs through ERP
• Develop and maintain procurement trackers aligned with project schedules and billing
• Monitor vendor performance (OTD, cost adherence, quality) and ffag deviations
• Support contract cost optimization and material requirement planning (MRP).

Cash Flow & Billing Alignment

• Link procurement and project milestones with billing and invoicing
• Track project cash ffow, billing status, and recovery
• Support milestone-based billing documentation and client

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Develop automated dashboards using Advanced Excel (VBA) and Power BI for:
  • Project health (SPI, CPI, delays)
  • Procurement cycle time
  • Cash-ffow forecasting
  • Vendor performance tracking
• Convert complex operational data into actionable insights for senior
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across ERP, Excel trackers, and reporting

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across procurement and project
• Implement Lean Six Sigma–based improvements to enhance cycle time, visibility, and
• Support SOP creation, documentation, and standardization across project
• Drive automation initiatives for reports, trackers, and

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Act as a coordination bridge between Projects, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Site
• Support communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and
