Job summary

G Skyeagle Infra, based in Pune, seeks a seasoned Operations/Project Manager to lead multiple industrial construction projects. You will plan execution strategies, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will mentor project managers, site engineers, QA/QC, safety personnel, and coordinators while maintaining client relationships and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in Industrial Construction or Infrastructure Projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior Operations, Project Management, or Leadership role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, project planning, budgeting, cost control, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of Industrial Construction, Infrastructure, PEB, EPC, or Civil Construction.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems is preferred.
• Age Criteria: 30-50 years.
