Job summary

Naxatra Labs in India seeks a proactive Project Coordination Specialist to consolidate data across multiple projects, track timelines, milestones and progress.

You will coordinate with BD, R&D, Testing & Validation, Sourcing, Production and After-Sales to ensure timely delivery of customer samples and prototypes, and maintain dashboards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field.
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong planning, communication and multi-project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and project tracking tools.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented with ownership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate project data, timelines, milestones and progress across all ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with BD, R&D, Testing & Validation, Sourcing, Production and After-Sales Support.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of customer samples and prototypes.
• Keep BD updated on project progress, delays, risks and changes.
• Coordinate project planning, design reviews and follow-up on action items.
• Track material requirements, procurement status and resource availability.
• Identify project blockers and coordinate timely resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, reports and documentation.
• Ensure customer requirements, approvals, test reports and delivery records are properly maintained.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to defined processes and commitments.
