Responsabilidades

• Conduct financial feasibility analysis for construction projects.
• Assist in tender analysis and evaluation for various infrastructure projects.
• Prepare project portfolios for management review.
• Develop project plans and schedules related to PPP projects.
• Coordinate with in-house departments, consultants, and vendors.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors: review contracts, manage execution, and maintain records in SAP.
• Understand and stay updated on policy and regulatory frameworks in the infrastructure sector.
• Create Project Schedule that includes materials required & manpower present at site.
• Managing project documents such as project plan, schedule and scope of the project.
• Update the progress of the sites on different platforms as directed by the management or project manager.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
