Job Summary

The Construction Management Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on‑site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Supervise day‑to‑day construction activities at the project site
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met

Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare work schedules and construction timelines
• Coordinate material deliveries and resource allocation
• Monitor project milestones and report progress to management

Quality & Safety

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues
• Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and consultants
• Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs
• Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, drawings, and records
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, project status and delays
• Recommend corrective reports/actions
• Support in handling project billing, change orders, and claims

Required Skills
