Job summary

Arcedior is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in interior fit-out and furniture to manage projects from planning to execution. You will ensure clear communication between clients, designers, production, procurement, and site teams while reviewing AutoCAD 2D drawings.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Architecture related degree and 3–6 years in interiors, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects to time and quality standards in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in the Interior & Furniture industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and ability to understand technical and furniture drawings.
• Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and interior fit-out execution.
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and project reporting.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
