2gethr invites a proactive Project Coordinator to support corporate interior fit-out projects, bridging design, site teams, vendors, and clients to deliver on time and within budget. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will assist in project planning, coordination and execution, ensuring quality standards and clear communication across stakeholders in Bengaluru.

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support our corporate interior fit‑out projects. This role involves assisting in project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely completion within scope and budget. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design, site teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement an Effective Project Management Framework:

Develop and apply a structured project management approach tailored to corporate interior fit‑out projects.

Leverage industry best practices to optimize project planning, execution, and completion.

Project Control & Timeline Management:

Define key benchmarks for budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.

Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on course.

Team Coordination:

Assist in managing site execution teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for smooth project operations.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:

Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Organize regular meetings to align objectives, resolve issues, and share updates.

Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

Monitor vendor performance, address delays or discrepancies, and assist in negotiations.

Project Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed project records, tracking milestones, progress, and key deliverables.

Prepare and present status reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key developments and challenges.
