Job summary

WorkEZ is seeking a seasoned Head – Projects to lead full lifecycle coworking space fit-outs and retrofit programs from inception to completion. You will oversee site execution, procurement strategy, cost control, and vendor coordination while aligning operations and design teams.

The role demands 20+ years in commercial interiors, a strong aesthetic sense, and proven leadership across in‑house and outsourced project teams in a premium environment. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 20+ years of experience in commercial interior project execution.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across geographies.
• Proven ability to retrofit projects in operational environments without disruption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fit-out and retrofit projects from concept to handover.
• Oversee site execution, procurement strategy, and cost control.

The Head – Projects will be responsible for managing and driving the full lifecycle of coworking space fit-outs and retrofit projects, overseeing site execution, procurement strategy, cost control, contractor/vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment with operations and design. The role requires someone with a keen aesthetic sense, technical expertise in commercial interiors, and strong leadership skills to manage in‑house and outsourced project teams.

Work Expectations

• Frequent travel across cities for site visits and vendor audits
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Weekend or late working hours during project go‑lives when required
• Strong passion for premium space creation and perfection in execution

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus)
• Experience: 20+ years of experience in commercial interior project execution, preferably in coworking, hospitality, or premium retail sectors.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects across geographies.
• Expertise in handling retrofit projects in operational environments without disruption.

Skills
