Job summary

Egis Road Operation India in Bengaluru is seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. You will support design projects, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain high-quality deliverables across all stages.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in architecture with post-graduate project/ construction management, and strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture and postgraduate in project management or construction management.
• 3 to 5 years of similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication
• Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation
• Schedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvals
• Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials
• Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback
• Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production

About The Role

We are seeking a talented and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Bengaluru, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables.

• Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

What do we need from you

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of similar experience
