• Prepare baseline schedules aligned with project scope, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual status
• Identify schedule deviations and analyze impacts on project timelines
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule inputs
• Track critical path activities and highlight potential delays and risks
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (weekly/monthly) for execution planning
• Generate progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support resource planning and allocation based on project timelines
• Review contractor/subcontractor schedules and validate progress claims
• Ensure integration of all project activities into a master schedule
• Assist in cost control by aligning planning with project budgets and forecasts
