Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a project scheduler to develop and manage detailed schedules for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and site teams to ensure timelines are met and milestones achieved.

You will track performance using MIS dashboards, perform critical path analyses, and provide management with clear status updates. Mentorship and adoption of best planning practices are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare baseline schedules, define milestones, and monitor project progress against approved plans.
• Develop resource-loaded schedules and coordinate with design, procurement, contracts, and site teams.
• Track project performance through MIS, dashboards, S-curves, and schedule variance analysis.
• Conduct critical path, delay, and risk analysis, and implement recovery plans for schedule slippages.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and milestone planning.
• Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare management reports and project status updates for leadership review.
• Drive planning best practices and mentor planning engineers to improve project controls.
