Job summary

Zetwerk is seeking a scheduling engineer for site-based work in Dahej, Gujarat. The role involves preparing detailed project schedules, establishing logical work sequences, and aligning multidisciplinary activities with the overall project plan.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, creating S-curves, updating schedules, and developing cash flow and earned value management reports for client approvals. The position emphasizes proactive delay detection and milestone tracking.

Responsibilities

• Preparing L4 Schedule as per project requirement.
• Inter discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences to assign disciplines.
• Review and asses the work package sequences with the total project plan.
• Establish overall basis for project progress measurement defining E, P & C weightages.
• Prepare the S curve at the project and functional levels-Engineering, Procurement and construction.
• Periodic updating of schedule ,S-Curve and subsequent generation of progress variance report.
• Develops the monthly quantity distribution statement for the total scope of work.
• Preparation of the Micro Plan for Critical work packages and major milestones.
• Planning of manpower and machineries as per project requirements. Monitors construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance.
• Developing Billing schedule, cash flow, Earned value management. Prepare method statement & submits to clients/consultants for approval.
• Prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work.
• Conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals.
