Job summary

Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) in Bengaluru, India, seeks a Project Controller to join the Project Cost Management team. You will manage project cost, reporting, and controls for major pharma projects and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely, accurate financial information.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 6+ years in project controls, and hands-on experience with EVM, PIMS/NAV/SAP, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 5 years of experience within Project Controls.
• Experience within Project Planning and Project Risk Management is an advantage.
• Experienced in Earned Value Management methodology.
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate Project Performance Reports (internal & external).
• Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
• Perform Risk Management and Burn Rate Reporting.
• Support Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting and analysis.
• Execute Forecast valuations and assist in year-end financial closing.
• Contribute to monthly project financial reviews.
• Support and mentor junior team members in daily reporting and tool usage.

You will be part of our Project Controls Team, which includes 50 dedicatedcontrollers in Denmark and India who manage the largest execution projects atNNE. We engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and our ambition is to actas reliable partners, offering support that ensures stakeholders feel incontrol and well-assisted. This requires a proactive approach to taskresolution and a high degree of flexibility.

How you might spend your days

As a Project Controller, you'll be working with an innovative,multi-disciplinary team where you will work on the following:
