Job summary

NNE Bangalore seeks an Advanced Project Controller to join the Project Cost Management team. You will manage project cost controls for large pharma-scale initiatives, ensuring cost accuracy, proactive variance analysis, and robust forecasting across cross-functional inputs.

The role requires 12+ years in project controls, with experience in EVM, SAP, NAV, and Power BI, and fluency in English. You will mentor junior controllers and drive process improvements within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 12+ years of experience in Project Controls.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and project risk management is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financial management for medium to large-scale projects with cost accuracy and proactive variance analysis.
• Drive forecasting and scenario-based analysis to support decision-making.
• Perform EVM and cost trend analysis to identify performance deviations and improvement areas.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction for robust forecasting and progress reporting.
• Facilitate risk and opportunity reviews and link impacts to financial forecasts.
• Provide insightful commentary on project performance to Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal control procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Power BI dashboards, automation).
• Coach and guide junior project controllers for knowledge transfer.

You will be part of our Project Controls Team, which includes 50 dedicatedcontrollers in Denmark and India who manage the largest execution projects atNNE. Howyou might spend your days

Asan Advanced Project Controller, you'll be working with an innovative,multi-disciplinary team where you will work on the following:

• Lead project financialmanagement for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring cost accuracy, control,and proactive variance analysis.
• Drive forecasting andscenario-based analysis to support decision-making.

• Facilitate risk andopportunity reviews, maintaining a live register and linking impacts tofinancial forecasts.

• Support audit readinessand ensure compliance with internal control procedures.
• Lead continuousimprovement initiatives (e.g., Power BI dashboards, automation, processoptimization).
• Coach and guide juniorproject controllers, ensuring knowledge transfer and consistent practicesacross the team.

Youwill work as part of a project cost management team. You will manage Project Costat all levels.

The miles you’ve walked

• ABachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 12+years of experience within Project Controls
• Experiencewithin Project Planning and Project Risk Management is an advantage
• Experienced in the use of Earned Value Management methodology
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written.
