Job summary

N Novo Nordisk Engineering (NNE) is seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support Financial Systems Offshoring in the Accounting domain at our Bangalore location. You will work within the Denmark Business Systems team, addressing end-user tickets and configuring the ERP platform.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands‑on Dynamics 365 F&O experience, familiarity with DevOps and service management tools, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Support and Operations
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, DevOps and Service Management tools
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus
• Certified Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide first line support for the ERP platform, handling standard service requests and low incidents in AP, AR, GL, banking, time registration, and workflows
• Use Topdesk for end-user interactions and document resolutions
• Monitor integrations and third‑party products for availability and access
• Document recurring tickets and ensure first‑time resolution; support smooth handovers
• Collaborate with management support to resolve timesheet issues
• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and contribute to ongoing operation and configuration

You will join our Financial Systems Offshoring Accounting operations area consisting of highly skilled employees. Specifically, you will be part of our Denmark Business Systems team in Global IT, consisting of highly skilled system consultants in Denmark and India, who oversee troubleshooting and resolving end user tickets / queries related to ERP Platform Dynamics Finance & Operations in NNE. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders on all levels in the organization.

How you might spend your days (Main Roles & Responsibilities)

• Responsible for first line support of the ERP platform. As a first line supporter, you will handle standard service requests and low incident tickets within areas like AP, AR, GL, banking, time registration, invoice approval and workflows. You will also dispatch tickets to 2nd level support based on their content.
• Your daily work will be in our ITSM system, Topdesk, where you'll interact with end users and provide efficient solutions based on their feedback.
• Monitor integrations and third-party products to ensure availability and access,
• You will be responsible for documenting recurring tickets, ensuring prompt first-time resolution, and facilitating smooth handover.
• You will also work closely with our management support team to resolve employee timesheet issues.
• You are expected to stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features and contributing to the ongoing operation and configuration of the platform.

The miles you’ve walked (Education and Work Experience)

• B.com / BBM / BBA / Economics / M. Com / MBA graduate or similar education.
• 3-5 years of hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics365 F&O Support and Operations, and preferably project implementation from a supplier, consultant or in-house role.
• Have experience with using MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation, DevOps and Service Management tools.
• Well acquainted with finance processes as well as expense and time management areas.
• Exposure towards power platforms like – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI etc. will be added advantage.
• Certified Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
