Job summary

Prochem Turnkey Projects in Pune seeks an experienced automation engineer to understand P&ID and electrical drawings, install and commission powder handling machines, and handle PLC/HMI projects. The role requires PLC programming and multi-brand PLC experience (AB/Siemens/Mitsubishi), plus ability to support clients in pre- and post-sales contexts.

The candidate will develop HMI/SCADA screens, perform wiring/troubleshooting, and contribute to project documentation per IQ/OQ/FAT/SAT for

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in process equipment automation.
• Proficiency in AB/Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC handling.
• Experience in project documentation per IQ/OQ/FAT/SAT.

Responsibilities

• Understand P&ID, machine layouts and electrical drawings.
• Install and commission powder handling machines.
• Electrical/PLC panel wiring and troubleshooting.
• PLC programming knowledge.
• Develop HMI/SCADA screens and programming.
• AB/Mitsubishi/Siemens PLC handling experience.
• Collaborate with clients in pre and post sales to provide technical support.
