Job summary

Moldtek Technologies seeks an experienced Project Architect / BIM Coordinator to lead technical production under the Senior Architectural Project Manager for US-based multifamily, commercial and mixed-use projects.

You will develop Revit models and construction documents, coordinate BIM, perform clash detection, and manage Procore document control to ensure permit-ready sets and compliance with BIM execution requirements.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or equivalent degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience on US projects, including CD production.
• Expert in Revit; strong AutoCAD skills.
• Acc/BIM 360 and Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
• Daily use of Procore for RFIs, submittals and drawings.
• Bluebeam Revu with Studio sessions.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication with USA team.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction documents: plans, sections, details, schedules.
• Develop greenfield site plans and coordinate with civil/landscape teams.
• Build and maintain Revit models, templates, worksets, and shared coordinates.
• Manage clash tests in Navisworks and resolve clashes to closure.
• Coordinate drawing sets and issue comments to USA team via Bluebeam/Studio.
• Work daily in Procore: RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications.
• Support punch lists, closeout, and record drawings.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Architect / BIM Coordinator to serve as a technical production lead under the Senior Architectural Project Manager. The role will be responsible for Revit model development, construction document production, BIM coordination, clash detection, and Procore document control for US-based multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

The position will execute design redlines and produce coordinated, permit-ready construction drawings and BIM models while ensuring compliance with project standards, applicable US building codes, and BIM execution requirements.

Key responsibilities

Construction documents :

• Produce cd sets: plans, rcps, building and wall sections, enlarged plans, details, schedules and life safety plans.
• Execute redlines from the senior pm and usa team on tight turnarounds.
• Apply ibc, ifc, iecc, ada / ansi a117.1, fha and nfpa requirements as directed.
• Prepare permit, bid and conformed sets; incorporate plan review comments.
• Maintain drawing indexes, revisions, clouds and deltas.

Site plans :

• Develop greenfield site plans: parking layouts, drive aisles, accessible routes and site data tables.
• Lay out fire lanes, apparatus access, turning radii, fdcs and hydrants per ifc and local amendments.
• Integrate civil and landscape backgrounds received through the usa team.

Bim and clash detection :

• Build and maintain revit models, families, templates, worksets and shared coordinates to standards.
• Manage acc / bim 360 publishing, consuming and version control.
• Federate models in navisworks manage, run clash tests and track clashes to closure.
• Comply with bep and lod requirements.

Drawing coordination (through usa team) :

• Review consultant sets and models received through the usa team for conflicts and omissions.
• Issue tracked comments through bluebeam studio sessions for usa team distribution.
• Maintain coordination logs through closure.

Construction administration and procore :

• Work in procore daily: log and track rfis, submittals, drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; draft rfi responses, asis and sks for senior pm review.
• Upload and maintain current drawing sets and revisions.
• Support punch lists, closeout and record drawings.

Required qualifications :

• B.arch or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience, including cd production on us projects.
• Working knowledge of us codes, accessibility standards and construction assemblies.
• Expert revit; strong autocad.
• Acc / bim 360 and navisworks manage clash detection.
• Daily working experience in procore (rfis, submittals, drawings).
• Bluebeam revu, including bluebeam studio sessions.
• Daily use of microsoft outlook and teams.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication skills for daily coordination with the usa team.

Preferred qualifications :

• Coa registration.
• Procore and autodesk certifications.
• Dynamo, solibri or enscape.
• Multifamily, hospitality, retail or commercial project background.
