Job summary

Keka Inc. in India is seeking a skilled BIM Technician to develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in line with project requirements and BIM standards.

You will create Revit families, perform clash detection, and coordinate with architects, MEP, and structure teams, while updating models as designs evolve and ensuring QCs. This role demands attention to detail, timely delivery, and proficiency with ACC/BIM 360 and CDE workflows to support project deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Architecture with strong BIM modeling and coordination.
• Experience creating and editing Revit families and parametric content.
• Knowledge of clash detection and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with ACC/BIM 360 and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independent quality checks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively within project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Create and modify Revit families, parametric components, and BIM content as required.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure accurate model development.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with relevant disciplines to resolve model conflicts.
• Conduct self-QC checks to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Prepare 2D drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, client comments, and coordination feedback.
• Manage model files, work sets, and project deliverables using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and other CDE platforms.
• Complete assigned tasks within project timelines while maintaining required productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinators, BIM Managers, Architects, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliverables.
