Alftek International seeks an experienced Lead Architect with deep expertise in building envelope systems, façade detailing, advanced Revit production and BIM-based architectural documentation.

The successful candidate will lead the development of complex projects from Design Development through Construction Documentation and Construction Administration, translating design intent into rigorous, coordinated documentation while aligning with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 10+ years of technical project delivery experience.

• Advanced Revit proficiency.

• Deep knowledge of exterior enclosure systems.

The role requires someone who can translate design intent into technically rigorous, coordinated and constructable documentation while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and U.S.-based stakeholders.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT — U.S. EXPERIENCE

U.S. project experience is mandatory for this position.

Candidates must have demonstrated professional experience working on U.S.-based architecture/construction projects, including familiarity with:

• U.S. construction documentation
• IBC
• Accessibility requirements
• U.S. construction methods
• U.S. architectural detailing
• Building envelope/façade systems
• U.S. project delivery workflows
• Construction Documentation and Construction Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery strategy across projects.

• Maintain accuracy, productivity, timeliness and compliance.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Support projects through Design Development, Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.

Required Technical Expertise

• Professional degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• 10+ years of technical project delivery experience.
• Mandatory U.S. project experience.
• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• Advanced BIM-based documentation experience.
• Strong building envelope and façade experience.
• Deep knowledge of exterior enclosure systems.
• Strong understanding of IBC and accessibility standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods.
• Experience with large-scale and complex projects.
• Experience working with specialty enclosure/façade consultants.
• Familiarity with façade performance testing including ASTM E283, ASTM E331 and AAMA standards.
• Experience across multiple project phases.
• Experience with Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.
• Experience across project types including workplace, hospitality, residential and higher education.
• Ability to balance conceptual design with technical execution.
