Chapman Taylor India is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead large-scale architectural and interior projects for government bodies and private developers in Delhi. You will drive design development, produce working drawings, coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, site coordination, and a deep understanding of building codes and construction techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture with registration.
• Experience in large-scale architectural and interior fit-outs.
• Strong leadership, coordination with consultants, and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with local codes and site coordination.

• Lead design development, working drawings, and detailing for architectural and interior projects.
• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural), clients, and project teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation as per project schedules.

The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, project execution, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development, working drawings, and detailing for architectural and interior projects
• Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural), clients, and project teams
• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and documentation as per project schedules
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and site executions
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress, quality, and compliance
• Handle client presentations, design discussions, and approvals

Required Skills

Qualification

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in government projects (CPWD/PWD/PSU)
• Proven track record of handling end-to-end project lifecycle
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
