Responsibilities

• Ensure coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and site teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Track progress and follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate approvals, consultant submissions, and client communications.
• Support project managers in resource planning, budgeting, and administration.
• Organize and document meetings, maintain records, and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and building regulations.

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Architecture) to manage and coordinate architectural projects from concept design through execution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, design coordination, stakeholder management, and construction documentation, with experience in large-scale township, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural projects from planning and design stages through execution and handover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct and participate in design reviews with architects, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Track project progress and proactively follow up on pending actions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate statutory approvals, consultant submissions, and client communications.
• Support Project Managers in resource planning, budgeting, and project administration activities.
• Organize and document meetings, maintain project records, and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and applicable building regulations.
