• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Experience with SketchUp and rendering software (Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray).
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of building bye-laws, UDCPR.
• Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concept drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants.
• Prepare submission drawings and ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and ensure drawings are executed accurately.
• Resolve on-site architectural and technical issues in coordination with contractors.
• Prepare area statements, schedules, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Assist in design development, material selection, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project management teams.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing revisions.
