Job summary

Renaissance Archconsultant in New Delhi invites a Project Architect to lead ongoing office and institutional projects, ensuring design intent from concept to detail.

The role involves preparing Working Drawings and Detailed Design Drawings, coordinating with the client representative and with MEP, structure and other on-board consultants to develop coordinated drawings.

Strong communication, technical detailing and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling medium & large scale Office & Institutional Projects.
• Strong coordination across consultants and client representatives.
• Ability to prepare accurate Working Drawings and Detailed Design Drawings.
