Job summary

The candidate should hold a B.Arch with experience in interiors or corporate projects, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks on-site and with design teams.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree with relevant professional experience.
• Strong AutoCAD drafting and detailing skills.
• Experience in interior, hospitality or corporate projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
• Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with interior, MEP and site teams.
• Review drawings and ensure execution per design and specifications.
• Assist in material selection, BOQ and project documentation.
• Ensure quality, accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
