Job summary

Dharti Group seeks an Architect to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections for residential and commercial projects. You will coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution and review working drawings as per requirements.

You will assist in design development, space planning, and detailing, with regular site visits to verify execution against approved drawings and design specs, and ensure compliance with building

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review working drawings and construction drawings as per project requirements.
• Assist in design development, space planning, and architectural detailing.
• Coordinate with site teams and conduct regular site visits to ensure execution is as per approved drawings and design specifications.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies or design-related issues during execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, development norms, and project requirements.
• Assist in preparing presentations, material selections, design concepts, and project documentation.
• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on site conditions and project requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
