Job summary

Gsource Technologies in Maharashtra, India is seeking an experienced Architectural Lead to guide a team of architects and designers on Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects.

You will ensure compliance with US and Middle East building codes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality design outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognised institution.
• 5–8 years of relevant architectural design and project execution experience.
• Proven experience on US and/or Middle East projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, layout, and detail architectural components.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, timelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of US and/or Middle East building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Work on a diverse range of projects including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial developments.
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to design, layout, and detail architectural components and systems.
• Resolve design challenges and provide technical guidance to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and industry standards.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical support to team members.

Requirements
