Job summary

A+I is seeking a motivated Architect to join our team in Haridwar. You will work on projects from concept through construction documentation, coordinating with consultants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a collaborative studio environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is required.
• 26 years of professional experience in architectural design and execution is preferred.
• Experience in institutional, commercial, industrial, or government projects is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing and working drawings.
• Good understanding of building materials and construction techniques.
• Familiarity with NBC and local development regulations is beneficial.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• Strong ownership of work and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, planning layouts, and drawings.
• Prepare concept, schematic, tender, GFC, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, NBC, and local bye-laws.
• Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
• Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and constructability.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Assist senior architects in planning and execution.
