Job summary

Gsource Technologies in Pune, India seeks an Associate Architect with 3–4 years of experience to handle USA-based projects. The role focuses on Construction Documents, Permit Sets, and Working Drawings, using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

You'll work with an international team, ensure compliance with US codes, and contribute to drafting and design tasks from office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–4 years of architectural drafting/design experience.
• Proven experience working on USA projects.
• Strong knowledge of CD Sets, Permit Drawings, and Working Drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Job Title: Associate Architect

We are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Architectural Draftsman / Architectural Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience in handling USA‑based architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing Construction Documents (CD Sets), Permit Sets, and Working Drawings, and be proficient in industry‑standard software.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in architectural drafting/design.
• Proven experience working on USA projects.
• Strong knowledge of CD Sets, Permit Drawings, and Working Drawings.
• Proficiency in:
  • Revit
  • AutoCAD
  • SketchUp

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with BIM coordination.
• Familiarity with US building codes (IBC, ADA, zoning regulations, etc.).
• Knowledge of rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, V‑Ray, etc.).
• Experience working with remote/international teams.
