Job summary

BK Talent Acquisition And Advisory is seeking a PROJECT SALES MANAGER with 5 to 7 years of experience, including 3 years in project sales management. The role involves managing end-to-end activities from proposal preparation to order conversion, engaging with customers, and coordinating with production and QC teams.

The candidate should be proficient in Excel, Word, email communication, and ERP systems, with strong English-speaking abilities to interact with customers and visit sites as required.

Qualifications

• Receive inquiries, understand requirements, and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Minimum 6 months heat load calculation experience of HVAC.
• Follow up with customer after proposal submission and address technical queries.
• Visit site/office as per customer requirement.
• Conduct Kick Off meeting with manufacturing and QC after PO receipt.
• Provide weekly customer progress updates for the project.
• Cross-check requirements with Production/Design for changes.
• Handle other assignments as instructed by Management/HOD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals from inquiry through submission to customer.
• Coordinate with design/production to finalize technical details.
• Engage with customers to resolve queries and maintain relationship.
• Track progress and report weekly to stakeholders.
• Support kickoff and handover activities post order.

PROJECT SALES MANAGER
25 to 30 years BE(Mechanical)5 to 7 years
Of that 3 years of experience in Project Sales Mgt is must.
Should be able to Manage task as a whole from preparing a proposal to conversion inquiry into an order

1. Receiving Inquiry needs to understand thoroughly and prepare a technical and commercial proposal for submitting to customer.
2. He must have minimum 6 months heat load calculation experience of HVAC
3. After submission of proposal take a follow up with customer and clear technical queries.
4. As per the requirement of customer visit the Site/office.
5. After receiving the PO from customer conduct KICK OFF meeting with manufacturing and QC team.
6. On weekly basis up date customer progress of project.
7. To cross check the requirement with Production/Design if any changes.
8. Other assignments as per instructions of Management / HOD.

9. He should be well conversant Excel, Word, Mail communication and ERP knowledge etc.
10. He should have good command over oral English to interact with customer .
