Candidates should have 5+ years in software engineering and program management, with expertise in embedded real-time software and formal certification frameworks like DO-178C or MIL-STD.

This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong background in embedded and mission-critical coupled with proven experience in leading software engineering teams and managing complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple software engineering teams across critical program functions.
• Drive end-to-end software program planning, execution, and delivery.
• Own software certification activities aligned with DO-178C, MIL-STD, or equivalent standards.
• Collaborate with systems, avionics, hardware, and integration teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, program reviews, risk management, and governance.
• Drive process excellence and continuous improvement across software development practices.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Program/Project Management.
• Strong expertise in Embedded Systems and Real-Time Software.
• Experience managing engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exposure to DO-178C, MIL-STD, or equivalent certification frameworks.
• Prior experience in Defence, Aerospace, Avionics, DRDO, HAL, BEL, ISRO, or similar mission-critical environments is highly preferred.
• PMP/Prince2/MBA would be an added advantage.
