Job summary

Activatr in Bengaluru (On-site) is seeking a Strategy & Ops Program Manager to work closely with the founders. You will lead strategic initiatives across client relationships, operations, product rollouts, and cross-functional execution to keep teams aligned and drive fast-moving projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in Strategy, Consulting, or Startup roles, with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and high ownership.
