Qualifications

• Experience working with startups, government programs, incubators, or accelerators preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Program Manager to drive strategic programs, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives. The role involves managing program execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of organizational objectives.

• Manage end-to-end execution of strategic programs and initiatives.
• Track program progress, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Build and manage relationships with startups, government agencies, investors, industry partners, incubators, accelerators, and academic institutions.
• Coordinate ecosystem engagement activities and partnership programs.
• Define KPIs and monitor program performance.
• Analyze program data, identify challenges, and recommend improvements.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and management updates.
• Maintain program documentation and governance records.
• Support proposal development and strategic reporting activities.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

• 5–10 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Strategic Initiatives, Partnerships, or Ecosystem Development
• Experience working with startups, government programs, incubators, accelerators, or industry ecosystems is preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
