Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Project Leader / Scrum Master to drive agile delivery for SMB cloud-based building management solutions. You will lead end-to-end program execution, collaborate with global teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 12+ years in project leadership, deep SAFe knowledge, and hands-on Jira/Confluence experience in a hybrid work setting focused on sustainable building management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (12+) in project leadership, Scrum Mastery, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of SAFe Agile, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning and Lean Portfolio Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira , Confluence, PLM/PDM, Azure DevOps.
• A structured, proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience in or strong understanding of the Building Management Systems/Energy Management/ Building Automation.
• A long‑term mindset with a commitment to sustainable success.

Responsibilities

• Lead program and project execution for our SMB cloud based building management solutions spanning across sensors, gateway, edge software and cloud services.
• Deliver with Precision: Ensure timely, high-quality delivery with high sense of ownership and accountability for the product portfolio.
• Own full life‑cycle delivery for complex, multi‑disciplinary programs.
• Manage program risks, schedules, budgets, resources and executive stakeholder communication.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, cybersecurity, compliance and quality objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate Globally: Work across functions in a large, global matrix organization, adapting to time zones as needed.
• Be the driving force, highlight problems with the right nuance and simultaneously be mindful of our culture to put people first.
• Have full execution responsibility to meet budget, time plan and quality objectives and communicate efficiently to stakeholders
