Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

• Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Transformation strategy & roadmap: define goals, create plans, set success measures, ensure alignment with priorities.
• Operating model design: review and improve structures, governance, and ways of working.
• Process transformation: assess current processes, identify gaps, design future-state processes.
• Program delivery: manage transformation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
• Business analysis & problem solving: conduct assessments, gather requirements, facilitate discussions, provide solutions.
• Cross-functional leadership: work with teams across business, technology, operations, finance, and compliance to drive outcomes.
• Change management: support adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Performance measurement: define and track KPIs to monitor progress and benefits realization.
• Governance & executive reporting: manage governance forums, project reporting, risks, budgets, and key decisions.
• Continuous improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
• Technology-enabled transformation: partner with tech teams to deliver digital/system-driven improvements.
• Stakeholder management: build strong relationships with senior leaders to drive alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in governance, risk management, budget oversight, and benefits realization.
• Experience managing consulting engagements or large transformation programs.
