Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet in Navi Mumbai (Turbhe) seeks a capable Operations professional with MBA in Banking/Finance to lead financial analysis, credit rating, and client relationship efforts. You will engage senior leaders, apply rating methodologies, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

This role demands strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint, and willingness to travel for client discussions and on-ground

Qualifications

• MBA with banking/credit rating experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leadership teams including CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs to evaluate business performance, financial strength, strategic priorities, and industry dynamics.
• Perform financial analysis, credit assessment, business research, and rating methodologies with exposure to rating reviews and analytical reports.
• Manage client relationships, resolve complex queries, and collaborate with sales, operations, and research to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive process excellence through SLA adherence, MIS reporting, process improvements, data analysis, and delivering insightful business reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience engaging with senior leadership teams including CEOs, CFOs, and CXOs to evaluate business performance, financial strength, strategic priorities, and industry dynamics.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment, business research, and rating methodologies, with exposure to management discussions, rating reviews, and analytical report preparation.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, resolve complex stakeholder queries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and research functions to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated track record of driving process excellence through SLA adherence, MIS reporting, process improvements, data analysis, and delivery of accurate, insight-driven business reports.

Key Requirements:

• MBA professional with experience in banking/credit rating, managing client interactions and conducting financial assessments across diverse industries.
• Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, credit evaluation, business performance assessment, and deriving actionable insights for decision-making.
• Effective communicator with excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and relationship-building skills, engaging confidently with clients and senior management.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong analytical capabilities and flexibility to travel for business meetings, client discussions, and on-ground assessments.
