Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a seasoned Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through execution in Mumbai. You will lead the design of operating models, governance structures, and change management to deliver measurable business impact.

In this role, you will oversee program delivery, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders across technology, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, program management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management with exposure to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in governance, risk management, budget oversight, and benefits realization.
• Experience managing consulting engagements or large transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
