Job summary

Dun & Bradstreet seeks a Senior Transformation Leader in Mumbai (BKC) to drive enterprise transformation initiatives across business, technology and operations. Lead program governance, change management, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will design operating models, map processes, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and impact. A minimum 12 years’ experience and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business transformation, consulting, PMO, or change initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership exposure.

• Transformation Strategy & Roadmap: define goals, create plans, set success metrics.
• Operating Model Design: optimize structures, governance, and ways of working.

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and driving business change.
• Expertise in operating model design, process improvement, and change management.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in governance, risk management, budget oversight, and benefits realization.
• Experience managing consulting engagements or large transformation programs.
