Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Learning & Development lead to design, storyboard, and oversee large-scale training programs. The role demands strategic thinking, meticulous planning, and the ability to manage programs with 100+ participants while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with Finance, Talent Services, and Logistics to ensure program delivery, track participant feedback, and produce clear leadership reports.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, logical thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with learning design, storyboarding, and program planning.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale programs for 100+ participants.
• Excellent communication, public-speaking, and large-group presentation skills.
• Collaborate with Finance, Talent Services, Logistics, and other teams.
• Own participant feedback tracking and post-program analysis.
• Comfort working with large datasets of 1,000+ records and deriving actionable insights.
• Prepare and present clear reports to leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale communications and organizational broadcasts.
• Strategic, highly organized, data-oriented, and capable of managing the complete L&D lifecycle from design to leadership reporting.
