Job summary

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is seeking a hands-on L&D professional to support end-to-end planning and program management across instructor-led, virtual, blended and digital formats. The role combines program management, content development and learner operations, working with diverse stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences.

The position requires strong communication, content design skills and the ability to translate ideas into polished training materials while maintaining timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, psychology, communication or related field.
• 209 6 years in L&D, training coordination, or instructional design.
• Certification is preferred.

Job description

Support the end-to-end planning and program management of learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, blended and digital formats. The role combines program management, e-learning content development, stakeholder coordination and learning operations.

Overall Job Responsibilities

• Support the learning team in planning and executing learning programs, learning journeys, workshops and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage timelines, trackers, nominations, calendars, communications, logistics and follow-up across multiple programs.
• Work with business, HRBPs, SMEs, facilitators, vendors and technology teams to gather requirements
• Create, edit and maintain presentations, facilitator guides, participant material, job aids, microlearning and other L&D content.
• Curate online learning material and content creation, enrolment, completion tracking, feedback and basic learning analytics.
• Prepare program updates, dashboards and insights; recommend improvements to process and learner experience.
• Support virtual and in-person sessions, learner communications and the adoption of relevant digital or AI-enabled learning tools.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources or psychology, Communication, Business or a related discipline; relevant certification is preferred.
• 2-6 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, instructional design or a related role, with hands-on experience in content, program management and stakeholder coordination.

Knowledge And Skills

• Strong program management, communication and follow-through skills.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create clear, polished and visually engaging content.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and blended learning is an advantage
