Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Chennai is seeking a strategic L&D leader to own the complete lifecycle of learning programs, from design and storyboard to delivery for 100+ participants.

You will collaborate with Finance, Talent Services, Logistics and other teams, track feedback, analyze data, and present clear reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, logical thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with learning design, storyboarding, and program planning.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver large-scale programs for 100+ participants.
• Excellent communication, public-speaking, and large-group presentation skills.

• Ownership of participant feedback tracking and post-program analysis.
• Comfort working with large datasets of 1,000+ records and deriving actionable insights.
• Ability to prepare and present clear reports to leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale communications and organizational broadcasts.
• Strategic, highly organized, data-oriented, and capable of managing the complete L&D lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of learning programs across the L&D lifecycle.
• Create and maintain program stories, storyboards, and planning documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely program execution.
