Amazon Bengaluru seeks a results-driven Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects in the WW MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) team. You will design and execute process improvements using data, coordinate with tech and non-tech stakeholders, and drive automation initiatives with Gen-AI tools at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data to drive improvements.
• Experience using Gen-AI tools for process automation at scale.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design, develop, implement and execute new and existing processes, policies, goals and solutions to increase adoption of fulfillment solution that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Drive development efforts and manage priorities for project/program completion, including operational solutions.
• Create schedules, identify and communicate risks to stakeholders, define risk mitigation strategies, and facilitate appropriate engineering solutions.
• Develop system requirements to streamline and simplify tools used to manage and enhance the operational productivity, accuracy and effectiveness when helping deliver performance to customers.
• Evaluate effectiveness of current or future fulfillment channel performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate with business systems and processes.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, supply chain and fulfillment operations.
• Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation to monitor and analyze delivery performance and key business performance indicators.
• Manage cross-functional teams and/or third party-vendors for implementation of project/program requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience


• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience


• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience


• Bachelor's degree


• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL


• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements


• Experience in using Gen-AI tools and solutions in process automation at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience


• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience


• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization


• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
