Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the Quick Commerce team in Bengaluru. You will connect product, operations, BI, and technology to optimize one-party delivery networks, defining SOPs and driving data-driven improvements across multiple teams.

The role emphasizes turning ambiguous problems into structured solutions, managing cross-functional programs, and delivering performance-led outcomes in a fast-growing environment.

This is not your typical program management role—you'll be the central force connecting product, operations, business intelligence, and technology to build a world-class Quick Commerce network.

In this position, you'll work at the intersection of multiple disciplines, transforming ambiguous problems into structured solutions. You'll create and enforce standard operating procedures for daily operations, drive performance improvements through data-driven insights, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including Marketing, Operations teams, Pricing, and Launch teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to transition from a generalist program manager into a Quick Commerce subject matter expert, gaining deep expertise in one of Amazon's most dynamic and fast-growing business areas.

A day in the life

Your day begins by tracking performance metrics and identifying gaps in the Quick Commerce network. Using business intelligence tools, you'll spot trends and anomalies that need attention. Once gaps are identified, you'll quickly mobilize relevant stakeholders—whether it's Marketing to adjust campaigns, Operations teams to refine processes, Pricing to optimize offers, or Launch teams to address new rollout issues. You'll spend time bridging communication between operational teams and the ROW-Flex Tech organization, translating technical constraints into business solutions and vice versa. Throughout the day, you'll balance strategic planning with tactical execution, moving seamlessly between creating documentation, analyzing data, facilitating cross-team alignment, and clearing blockers to keep projects on track.

Our team is building a network of seasoned program managers—both internal and external—to create a world-class one-party Quick Commerce operation. Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
