You'll lead the overall Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the program, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Métiers, R&D, Operations, Sourcing, and Supply Chain), collaborate with external stakeholders like customer representatives and suppliers, and much more. You’ll specifically take care of managing program roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, but also drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program.
