Alstom in Jaipur seeks a full-time Project Manager to lead delivery of sub-systems within our rail signaling and telecom initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and ensure QCDP targets, with emphasis on customer acceptance and contractual commitments across multi-site projects.
This role requires an engineering degree and extensive experience in railway signaling projects. You will guide the project team and liaise with stakeholders to secure successful outcomes.

You’ll lead the delivery of project sub-systems, ensuring successful completion while meeting Quality, Cost, Delivery Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Integration level team, other sub-system stakeholders), coordinate activities, and make critical decisions to reach QCDP commitments and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the technical and contractual scope, ensuring customer acceptance, and overseeing project risks. Additionally, you will functionally lead the project team and manage cross-functional interfaces.
