Alstom is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead the delivery of project sub-systems, ensuring QCDP targets and contractual commitments are met. You will coordinate with the Project Core Team, integration teams, and other stakeholders, managing technical risks and customer acceptance.
You will functionally lead the project engineering team, align with multi-site and cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, international setting.

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates.
You’ll lead the delivery of project sub-systems, ensuring successful completion while meeting Quality, Cost, Delivery Performance (QCDP) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Core Team, Integration level team, Other sub-system stakeholders), coordinate activities and make critical decisions to reach QCDP commitments and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the technical contractual scope, ensuring customer acceptance, and overseeing project technical risks. Additionally, you will functionally lead the project engineering team and manage cross-functional interfaces.

Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or scientific subjects
Experience or understanding of managing operational scopes within multi-national companies
Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
Familiarity with multi-site/multi-functional team collaboration
An IPMA level D certification (or equivalent) is a plus.
Coordination and good communication skills
