Live Connections Placements Pvt. Ltd. in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Automotive Program Manager to oversee programs from RFQ to SOP, ensuring APQP, PPAP and customer requirements are met.

The role coordinates Engineering, Stamping, Tooling, Production, Quality, Logistics and Purchasing, while managing budgets, schedules and ECN implementation. BE in Mechanical/Production with 10–15 years in automotive program management and knowledge of IATF 16949 are required.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in mechanical or production engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience in automotive program management.
• Experience with RFQ to SOP, APQP and PPAP processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end automotive programs from RFQ to SOP.
• Drive APQP, PPAP and customer / internal Gateway closures.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Stamping, Tooling, Production, Quality, Logistics and Purchasing teams.
• Manage project budgets, profitability, investment approvals and capacity expansion.
• Handle OEM customer communication, project reviews and launch activities.
• Drive Engineering Change Management (ECN) and implementation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure successful product launches within Quality, Cost, Delivery and Timing (QCDT) targets.

Role Summary:

Manage complete automotive program execution from RFQ to SOP, including APQP, PPAP, tooling development, OEM coordination, project scheduling and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end automotive programs from RFQ to SOP.

• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
• OEM Customer Management and Automotive Launch Experience.
• Strong project execution, communication and leadership skills.
