The role requires end-to-end program management from RFQ to SOP and deep knowledge of seating structures, APQP/PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and IATF 16949. You will manage OEM customers and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time launches. • CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA (exceptional cases up to ₹20 LPA)
